This course takes a closer look at how to administer your organisation’s configured SPM environment. You’ll explore the platform’s data, hierarchies, rules, results and reporting layers; follow the process from data loading through calculation, approval and publishing; and learn how to maintain people, positions and plans as they change. You’ll also practise tracing payouts, resolving errors and managing platform releases.
